RETURNS AND REFUNDS Information on the Right of Withdrawal. Online purchases are governed by Legislative Decree No. 206 of 2005 regarding distance contracts. Who can exercise it: This right is reserved exclusively for private consumers (natural persons). Therefore, companies, professionals, and anyone making purchases with a VAT number for professional purposes are excluded. The costs and risks associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. Conditions of validity: The right of withdrawal is voided if the product is not intact. In particular, in the following cases: Absence of the original packaging or accessories such as integral elements of the product Damage to the product not resulting from transport; Signs of tampering. Refunds: Once the condition of the item has been verified, the refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving notification. If the item is damaged during return shipping, we will notify you within 5 days of receipt to allow you to claim the refund from the courier. In this case, the return process will be canceled and the product will remain available to you. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content if the download has already been started, either completely or partially, subject to confirmation via our system logs.
